My stall at the craft fair on the weekend...

..... I sold 16 bags!!! I took 25 bags and was so pleased to sell so many! I had loads of lovely comments about the bags and was so chuffed!!! I still have a few left, and bought some more fabric yesterday at a huge fabric store in Liverpool, where lovely hubby took me for a trip. My Mum did the stall with me and we sold our acrylic mirrors, too....they are all sorts of shapes and sizes and prices...ranging from 50p for teeny mirrors (to use on cards) up to £20. (thye are lightweight, shatterproof, have childsafe edges, and are fab!!) I took some pics of the stall, so see what you think....

Wedding acceptance

I was given an evening to make a card which would be used to accept an invite to a wedding...and could I incorporate some embellishments from the original invite? Sure! I can have a go...... the gold paper and ribbon are from the wedding invite. Made this one quite quickly as I was very tired...having spent the day in Camelot with 70 year 6's!!!!

Card Order (1)

A friend called on Thursday and ordered a card for a couple who have just found out they are going to have a baby. I realised I needed to send one of those cards too, so made up two for my friend to pick from.... she chose the first one, with the picture of the tum heart and hands. I chose that one too, so had to make another! It's hard to see in the pic, but I used the cuttlebug hearts embossing folder on the top card.... a strip of 3 hearts from the top to the bottom, just underneath the photo. (handwritten sentiment)

I was called last Thursday and asked to make a card for a 40th birthday. I came up with these two on Friday night, so she could choose. I knew nothing about the person it was for...except it was a card for a female. She chose the card with the pink petticoat flower cake image.
