I'm a lucky girl...

It was my birthday on Monday and I got sent some really lovely hand made birthday cards...I have photographed some for you to see. So a very BIG thankyou to Debs, Karen, Kathleen and Pam!

Oh, and I have to show you this. My friend made this for me ... how cute?!?!?! All handmade and handstitched, so THANKYOU! I will have it hanging in my living rooom when we have finished decorating (it is TIP at the moment! ) This little cat will fit in really well with my new colourscheme. xx

A couple of things...

To start with, it is my friends birthday in a couple of weeks (Pam) and I know she loves cats, and she loves the colours I used on another card, so I made her a simialr one... an easel card!
I used papers from Pink Petticoat and my fabby bargain cat stamp again. I printed the greeting on my pc and sitting on the letters of her name, are little black cats.

Had to show you this...another one of my "bargains".. I bought this "card stand" a couple of weeks ago in a charity shop! It was £3.00. They had been using it to display packets of tights...but I thought it would do a better job displaying my cards!

I also made this clock for my Mother-in-Law, for mothers day. I used Pink petticoat papers to cover the clock, ( paper is called pretty doddles) and added little gems, to give a little bit of sparkle. She loved the clock and it now sits in her living room. :)
