It's not "crafting" exactly.....

But I had to show you what Hubby and I have been making today...we got the Hairy Bikers Cokkbook for christmas and have been meaning to make these since we got the book, look.......

Cinnamon Rolls..... and they taste as fabulous as they look!

Yuuuuuuum!!!!!! Hot, fresh and out of the oven.... amazing!
We have also frozen some of these little babies. Mmmmmmm........
Yesterday, we went to my folks to clear thier loft of stuff I had left there from way-back-when. Dad shouted down from the loft "Are you ok to take your beanies?" "Yeah, No problem Dad!" Hubbys face was a picture as all these boxes started being handed dwon the ladders.... I got them all out last night and looked at them...all 100 of them! .....
Also found in their loft some of my art degree work, and my A-Level sculptures, that Hubby was most cheeky about, pretending to wear a piece on his head like "Alien!" (his words!) Hmmm...
Hence, no picture! lol.
I have been crafting a bit today - but got no photos yet. Will upload them asap. xxxx

Still working with those papers!!

Yes, I made this card with the hanoverian papers too... I love the feel of them! (they have a linen-feel texture.) I have decided that I will include some of these cards in a box for my Mum
and Hubbys Mum for mothers day - thier own little collection of cards. Hope they like them!

For this first card, I cut pieces from the different papers...all 3cm square, then inked them all and added faux stictching the the edge of each, with my white sakura pen. I stuck them very close together and added a craftwork cards buttefly with sentiment.

I made this to send to my friend for her birthday
.. hope she likes it!
Thought I would have a go at a mans card...using the same ideas as the other sentiments cards. This paper is from the dovecrafts range.

I had forgotten that I made this sentiment into this oval shape a while back, and thought it needed nothing more than a few punched flowers and leaves on this lovely paper.

Some more sentiment cards

I have been making a few more of these sentiment cards as I find these papermanis papers so easy and beautiful to work with.....

This card was made using dovecraft birthday papers. I decoupaged some of the balloons, too.

Sentiment cards

I had the idea recently, to make some cards with a seniment on them. I had just got some really lovely papers....the Hanoverian collection, by Papermania, and the papers have a lovely linen feel to them. I didn't feel they needed too much with them, which is why I went for a sentiment in the middle......

It's a short and sweet posting today - don't think I need to say much more about these cards. Just simple. Oh, and I have something I want to tell you all soon.... but I'm not allowed to say anything yet. ...... :) (it's craft related.) xxx

It's my Aunties birthday in a couple of days and I made her this card...she had a westie dog and I know she loves them, so when I came across this freebie on S.J's Blog I knew what I would use this image for first! Thankyou S.J!!!! I used some papers from a download and added some glossy accents, some pearks and some white (drawn) stitching. She loved it!!!

I made this card recently, using papermania papers, a paremania stamp and my beer mug die cuts which i did on my big-shot. I finished it off by inking the edges.

Finally, I altered another clock, for my friends. I knew they have a room which is black and white, and so made this clock to suit that room, They liked it too! (Pink petticoat papers used.) Thanks for looking and any comments you might leave! xx
